Haarika Kasukurthi — Founder & CEO
Haarika Kasukurthi is the Founder and CEO of Harmony Consulting Solutions and a student at Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management.
Her interest in business strategy began through hands-on work with businesses, including projects involving P.F. Chang’s and Mercedes-Benz. Her experience includes developing solutions around employee retention, inventory management, and other business challenges.
At Harmony Consulting Solutions, Haarika brings together business education, practical problem-solving, strategic thinking, and a strong interest in innovation to help organizations identify challenges and develop meaningful solutions.
